17 brilliant youth leaders and 5 parents, & educators, blessed our new SanArte Healing Hub at Martinez creek with our first healing and music jam circle in the yard.
Everyone got a good workout in, some laughter and played mindful group music with the various percussion and wind instruments.
Many of these young circle keepers mentioned instant relief and soothing from back and neck aches they had been having. One of the Mamas expressed that her feelings of anxiety had gone away. She was grateful to reMember and try new breathing practices to carry with her to regulate emotions. Yes!
